Analyse
It is essential that we find out and understand exactly what your needs are. We do this by talking to you and asking you lots of questions.

Specify
Once we know what you want, we go away and work out a design for you. We present this to you as a detailed specification listing your information and functional requirements in plain English.

Create
Once we have agreed the design with you, we go away and produce the software for you. It usually takes us less than 2 weeks to start the system once you tell us you want to go ahead.

Install and Train
When we've finished and you are ready, we log in and install the files and hand them over to your main user. We leave them confident and ready to go ahead and use the system.

Support
We aim to be here when you need us and out of the way when you don't! We provide telephone support to answer questions, make simple changes, and sort out problems if and when you want us to.
We pride ourselves on providing responsive, effective help as and when you need us. You will have a main point of contact – so someone who you know well and who knows your system inside-out. You will be able to contact them directly by phone or email as appropriate, and they will normally help you there and then. At the same time, we are a team, so if someone isn’t available to help you then someone else is. We ensure that we can all help support you and your system when needed. You can meet the team here.
